Quaint lil solar shack in the woods at the Lake of the Ozarks. Virtually no neighbors, lake access. 2 full lots with utilities on both lots. 500 sqft living, large deck area, Large cargo container. It's the only house on a dead end road. It's not the edge, but you can see it from here. Wild Life, Deer, Turkey, Bass, Crappie, Catfish. Walking distance to both bar and grills. Closest neighbor just took the last ol trailer out and is building his dream house. This lil house here by far is the worst lookin house on the outside. Inside all decked in pine and oak. There was a mill on the property and everything is live edge. Floors tounge and groove. Large propane tank and tankless water heater for endless hot showers. Many freezers and an Ice Maker that makes at least 10 lbs of ice a day. Outside kitchen and stove. inside kitchen also. New metal roof. Driveway is hardly passible and keeps traffic down, a 4x4 is not required, but highly recommended. I block the end of the road off on occasion. On fiber out here believe it or not, internet is high speed and part of the power bill. Be prepared to shuck out $35 a month for power and $50 for internet. Water is like $400 a year now, I just send a check every 2 weeks in advance so at the end of the year there is enough money in my account to pay the bill. There is a volunteer fire department and life vac if you need. I hear there is a special policy you can get that pays for your helicopter rides. There is also a landing strip. 3 stores now, 1 with gas. Ivy Bend has a great animal rescue program. there might be a couple hundred full time residents. I've been here since 2013. It's a slice of heaven and a lil bit of hell. You just gotta love Ivy Bend.
